This Vol. 16 No. 75, Sept. 1964 issue of Cowboy Songs has in interesting take on the Beatles in relationship to country music, calling their style in the tradition of Buddy Holly and Elvis, Rockabillie music. There is an early photo of the Beatles featured with this story and a brief history of how the Beatles came to prominence in Liverpool, then Germany and finally in the united states. Because of the source this is one of the more obscure, early articles featuring the Beatles.

Page 3 and 30, the back page are beginning to rip up the center about 2/3rds of the way up at the fold. The rest of the magazine has wear and discoloration from age and use. There are not cut outs in this magazine so everything, except the cover pages is complete.
