This listing is for a vintage stockholder meeting binder template with a leather cover and fillable binding from Decker's book stores Anderson Lafayette. The first few pages have stockholder meeting form templates and then the remaining pages are blank. The binder is in excellent condition with some minor wear on the cover from age and storage.
