Catalog is in good+ condition, showing some handling wear, with bottom corners of cover and first few pages curled, faint discoloration / dirty spotting.  NO tears.  Staple binding is in good condition.
Vtg Record list shows small tearing at bottom edge and right edge.  Some discoloration, pencil writing on front.  Overall, good condition. It has 3 crease folds going from side to side.
Catalog measures approx  8 1/2 " x 5 1/2"
Newsletter Record list measures 16" x 8 1/2".
